How to Get Support
When you’re experiencing feeding challenges, waiting days or weeks for help isn’t realistic — you need support right away.
I aim to schedule in-home visits within 24–48 hours, seven days a week, so you can receive guidance and reassurance as quickly as possible.
You can reach out directly by text or email:

FAQs
When should I reach out for lactation support?
You can reach out anytime, whether you’re preparing for breastfeeding during pregnancy or already experiencing challenges after your baby arrives. Early support often makes feeding easier and more comfortable for both you and your baby.
Do you offer in-home visits?
Yes. I provide in-home visits for local families so we can work together in the comfort of your home. Virtual consultations are also available if that works better for your schedule or location.
What if I’m already struggling with breastfeeding?
You’re not alone; many moms reach out once challenges arise. Whether you’re dealing with latch issues, pain, supply concerns, or uncertainty about feeding, we’ll work together to find practical solutions that support both you and your baby.
Can you help with pumping or returning to work?
Yes. Pumping consultations can help you choose the right pump, establish or maintain supply, and safely store breastmilk. We can also create a plan for returning to work while continuing to feed your baby.
What if my baby needs more specialized care?
If a feeding challenge goes beyond my scope, I’ll help connect you with an IBCLC or trusted healthcare provider to ensure you and your baby receive the right level of care.
How quickly can I get help?
I aim to schedule in-home visits within 24–48 hours, seven days a week, whenever possible, because feeding challenges often need immediate support.
